JOB DESCRIPTION

Radio Taco is an authentic Mexican taquería in Chippendale, dedicated to delivering real Mexican flavours through hard work, teamwork, and precision. We’re looking for experienced Line Cooks, Prep Chefs, and Chefs de Partie to join our growing kitchen.

We operate a busy, high-energy taquería that values consistency, discipline, and collaboration. Everything we serve is cooked from scratch — from our slow-braised birria to fresh salsas. We’re seeking people who take pride in their work, communicate well, and want to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in busy restaurant or fast-casual kitchens

  • A strong work ethic and genuine passion for flavour and quality

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Full availability, including weekends and evenings

  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
